I would like to make my wireless better as my ps3 online is really slow and my download rates are too slow to download anything in a decent amount of time, we have a wireless booster upstairs but it doesn’t seem to make a difference to my internet in my room, does anyone know why? does it have to be below me or on the same level to make an effect?

If you have a pc connected to your wifi you can connect to a internet speed rating site ie toast.com and check the various locations for the best speed rating. Also sub cables and then recheck your speed some cables just won’t work at high speed. Hope this helps With the new N wireless router the speed should be much faster.
